Chef X Café began humbly — not in a shiny kitchen or a trendy spot, but right at home in Coventry. Our founder, known simply as Chef X, started cooking from his own kitchen, chasing flavours that felt comforting yet bold, familiar yet exciting. What began as a few homemade experiments soon turned into something special — especially after friends and neighbours couldn’t get enough of his Monsta Muffins and signature Chai. Those two recipes became instant cult favourites, sparking what would soon become a Coventry food phenomenon.
